Employee Ownership – Update January 2023

Further to the ownership of Bridgford Interiors Limited passing to an Employee Ownership Trust on 31^st May 2022 we are pleased to announce that the next phase of our transition has now taken place in the form of strategic executive changes.

Paul Cockle & Neil Harrison have moved to the role of CEO & CFO respectively as part of a controlled exit strategy providing continued support to the executive team. “As founders we are providing a legacy of relationships, project delivery, values, culture, professionalism and continued stability”.

Consequently, Alan Palmer has taken up the role of Managing Director with Brendan Gray being promoted to Finance Director. “The ongoing business model should not and will not change, we have a tried and tested approach and a strong management team.”

All current employees (with over 12 months service) will have an entitlement in The Trust, the new owner of the business, each member being a Partner in the business. Better business together.
