A flair for design took Stuart into the drawing office heading up a busy CAD department and by 1989 he had become Head Draughtsman.  Natural career progression saw Stuart move into Contracts Management.  It was during this time that he met David Bridgford and in 1994 set up David Bridgford Limited.

After becoming Foreman and a year with Camelion Interiors, Paul became a Site Agent for David Bridgford Ltd. Three years later, Paul moved into management as a Contracts Supervisor. In 1999, he was promoted to Director. Paul joined Bridgfords in 1994.
